Restaurant Kobar is a local and very unique place that serves classic Balinese food as a mainstay with a bit of chinese fusion, that combines fresh ingredients together with herbs and spices. Owned by Puja, who is half chinese half indonesian. His passion is not only food, but also making his own arak – a traditional indonesian alcohol. He will always welcome you with a shot of arak. The chef Yati has great cooking skills. Fun fact – the restaurant was previously his garage, so the place looks very funky and has a special Jamaican vibe.
