Roberta grew up in the family restaurant where she learned a love for cooking then she left her hometown very young at the age of 20 to make new experience she used to work really hard in a beautiful Italian restautant in Sydney then she came to Bali for holidays. She loved Bali so much that she just stayed and never returned back to Australia. She decided to open a new italian restaurant in Semyniak – and then Rolling Fork started. First as a small & cozy restaurant where was served mostly pasta. Later, Roberta’s family moved to Bali as well and built a bigger place in Uluwatu. They believe in cooking with the same love and passion our mothers used in the kitchen to create the  delicious food we grew up with.
