Motion Cafe is born 2014 as the addition to Motion Fitness Studio, Meal Plans & Product deliveries, which we are running since 2008. The history of Motion is beautiful because the opening of the Cafe was really happening through requests of clients. They wanted to have a cozy place to eat healthy Fitness Foods instead just getting the meals delivered to their work spot or home. Their mission is to give everybody healthy, mostly organic & natural produce and educate to use eco-friendly, sustainable packaging.
