Vegan and healthy chocolate pleasure.

This Recipe Serves 5

350 gr Dark Chocolate - compound

100 gr Cocoa Butter - melted

5-6 pcs Banana - ripe

2 tsp Spices: cinnamon powder + clove powder + cardamon powder

160 gr Black rice flour

6 tsp Cocoa powder

Pinch of Sea Salt

Melt the chocolate compound and butter, blend bananas and cocoa powder, add melted chocolate and butter, spices.

Mix with black rice flour and salt.

Bake 180 C 25 min.

Serve with chocolate ice cream on the top.

Try also coconut or vanilla ice cream.
