Seafood with balinese sauce and coconut milk. It is a main sauce for any kind of dish.
Ingredients

200 gr Tuna
250 gr Calamari
300 gr Prawn
300 gr Red chili
200 gr Shallot
100 gr Garlic
150 ml Cooking oil
2 pcs Fresh tomato
5 gr Hot chili
Salt and Pepper
2 pcs Salam leaves / Kaffir lime leaves
1 pcs Lemon grass

After cooking put the dish on the plate and decorate with parsley, slice of lime and slice of red chilli.
Chef's Tip
When you marinate the seafood, always use lime juice. To balance the taste of the dish, you can add the coconut milk.
