Ingredients
200 gr Lemon curd
200 gr Chantilly cream
200 gr Sable crust
8 pcs Fry basil
5 gr Icing sugar
FOR LEMON CURD:
1 pc Lemon zest
100 gr Lemon juice
90 gr Sugar
2 pcs Egg whole
1 pc Egg yolk
110 gr Butter
FOR CHANTILLY CREAM:
200 ml Whipping cream
40 gr Icing sugar
1/2 pcs Vanilla beans
FOR SABLE CRUST:
7 pcs Egg yolk
250 gr White sugar
216 gr Soft butter
300 gr Plain flour
16 gr Baking powder
2 gr Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED BASIL:
8 leafs Basil leaves
8 spray Oil spray bottle
1 Clean wrap
Ceramic plate
Microwave
*if u don’t have it, you may use a pot and oil same result just the basil will be curly and a bit dangerous for the splash of the hot oil
