BBQ Ribs

Beef ribs in deliciously marinated sauce. 

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 5

FOR RIBS SPICE:

5 pcs Bayleaves

40 g Tomato Paste

100 gr Onion

100 gr Carrot

50 gr Leek

10 gr Thyme

20 gr BlackPepper

10 gr Salt

 

FOR BBQ SAUCE:

5 pcs Chipotle

40 g Tomato Sauce

200 gr BBQ Sauce

15 g Garlic

10 g Onion

10 g Worchestersire

10 gr BlackPepper

20 gr Brown Sugar

10 gr Salt

 

FOR MASH POTATOE:

100 g Potato

50 g Butter

20 g Cooking Cream

Saute Long Beans:

100 g Long Beans

10 g Butter

20 g Water

Direction

FOR RIBS SPICE:

  • Cut Carrot, Onion , and Celery same size ( around 2 mm )
  • Put Oil and saute Carrot first, Onion and last Celery, saute until caramelized
  • Add tomato paste stir and put dry ingredients
  • Add Ribs and add water until cover and slow cooked ( simmer ) around 6 Hours until soft.

    FOR BBQ SAUCE:

  • Brunoise Garlic and Onion
  • Saute Onion and Garlic
  • Put all ingredients and simmer around ( 7- 12 minutes )
  •  

    FOR MASH POTATOE:

  • Wash whole Potato
  • Put in tray and baked with aluminum foil
  • Baked 180 degree 30 minutes
  • Brake the potato and shave potato with tamis
  • Put in Pot add butter and warm cooking cream
  • Mix until smooth and put little bit salt and taste
  •  

    FOR LONG BEAN:

  • Clean Long Bean
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Saute garlic with oil. Add long beans
  • Add butter and water simmer until cooked ( 2 Minutes )
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Serves

  • Put BBQ sauce 100 gram in pan
  • Add Ribs and stir until Ribs Covered with BBQ sauce
  • First Put Mash potato 4. Second Saute Long Beans
  • Third BBQ Ribs and ready to serve

    Don't forget always check your ribs when is simmer and sometimes add some water.
