Fancy coctail made of tequila.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

FOR MARGARITA:

50 ml Fat-washed Coconut Tequila

20 ml Lime Juice

15 ml Agave Syrup

Coupette Glass

 

FOR FAT-WASHED COCONUT:

750 ml Tequila

120 ml Coconut Oil

Direction

FOR FAT-WASHED COCONUT:

  • Mix Tequila and coconut oil in zip bag.
  • Gently shake the bag.
  • Put on freezer for 24 hours and make sure the oil freeze.
  • While the oil is still frozen, strain the tequila quickly.
  •  

    FOR SALTY CARAMEL:

  • Prepare the coupette glass, put a mix of salt and green tea powder on the rim of the glass.
  • Add ice to chill the glass. It will need to be removed just before pouring the liquid into the glass.
  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker and add ice cube.
  • Shake them hardly and strain into the chilled glass and serve.
  • Serves

    Chef's Tip

    Make sure the glass is chilled and you use good quality of tequila.
