Acai Berry

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

100 gr Frozen acai berry packet

1/2 cup (118g) Soya milk

1 small Frozen banana

1/2 cup Frozen strawberries

1/2 Dragon Fruit

1/2 Passion Fruit

40 gr Home made granola

30 gr Coconut flakes

 

Another recommended ingredients, but you can add any of your favourite toppings and desired quantity:

1 tbs Honey

Handful granola, or a similar store bought/homemade granola

Fresh fruit: such as fresh strawberries, banana, passion fruit and dragon fruit - slice the fruits thinly or play with the shapes 

1 tbs Chia seeds

Direction

  • Add the acai berry packet, soya milk (or any kind of milk), banana and strawberries to a high powered blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
  • Serves

    Top the bowl with as much (or as little) of your favorites such as granola, fresh fruit, chia seeds, and coconut! I recommend drizzling on about a tablespoon of honey over everything. Enjoy immediately.

    Chef's Tip

    I recommend adding honey it to the mixture beforehand and not only on the top.
