Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of their guests and team members. To secure just that, they have rigorous procedures and routines in place at the resort regarding enhanced cleaning, physical distancing and our breakfast and beverage offerings. They are following the guidelines from WHO and the local health departments and have implemented strict health and safety procedures to ensure your safety from arrival to checkout.  All their bungalows are sanitized and disinfected after each guest departure and again before every checkin. Specific steps they are taking include:

1.Their team members are being trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines.

2. Prior to entering the resort guests body temperature will be checked by a non contact thermometer and a hand sanitising station is at guest disposal upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will also be available in each bungalow.

3. Sanitizing and Disinfectant measures : They are using a ULV fogger which allows us to sanitize the bungalows after each checkout and again before every new guests arrival. Front desk, restaurant, pool area, kitchen etc. are also disinfected on a frequent basis. 

4. They are implementing physical distancing in the common areas.
