Ingredients
Your favourite burger bun from the bakery, we bake fresh brioche buns 320 gr Wagyu Beef - 2 pales from 160 gr.
2 slices Cheddar cheese
FOR ONION RINGS:
4x Big Onion ring
150 ml Soda Water
50 gr Flour
2 tsp Turmeric powder
FOR SLAW:
1 White cabbage
1 Red cabbage
500 ml Mayonaise
25 gr Cranberries
25 gr Almonds blended
10 gr French Mustard
5 gr Soy Sauce
FOR SAUCE:
500 ml Mayonaise
35 gr Pickle
33 gr Onion
1 tsp Yellow mustard
1 tbsp Sweet paprika
2 tsp White vinegar
Direction
FOR ONION RINGS
Mix the flour, turmeric powder and soda water. Put the onion rings in there so they are all covered and fry them in the deep fryer Hll crispy.
FOR SLAW
- Cut the cabbage in thin stripes.
- Mix with the rest and put in the fridge.
FOR SAUCE
- Cut the pickles small
- Mix everything together and put in the fridge.
- Put the burger pany on the grill and put some salt and pepper on top, when almost cooked put cheese slices on top of each pany. To make the cheese melt faster you can put the lid of a pan on top for a linle bit. Put a linle buner on both sides of the bun and also grill them. They will be crispy on the inside, be careful not the burn the edges.
Serves
Let’s stack everything! Bun, slaw, burger pany with cheese, sauce, slaw burger pany, onion rings, put the sauce on the top bun.
