Eggs Shakshouka

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

3 eggs ( can also be done with 1 egg and 2 whites ) depending on the macros

1/2 cup fresh tomato 

1/4 cup Green paprika

1/4 Onions

1 tsp Garlic

1/4 tsp Paprika powder (optional to taste)

1/4 tsp salt

10 gr Feta cheese

Parsley (optional)

Coconut oil (spray)

Gluten free bread (optional)

Direction

  • Blend the tomato with the onions in the food processor.
  • Dice the green paprika.
  • Spray the pan with coconut oil and add the garlic and make it brownish.
  • Add the blended tomato, salt and paprika and cook for 3 mins on medium heat.
  • Add the paprika and cook for more 3 mins.
  • Crack over the mixtures and cover the pan.
  • Stir the egg whites a little bit with a spoon so it’s infiltrated in the  sauce.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 2- 3mins (until the eggs have the desired consistency: soft, medium or well done).
  • Sprinkle the feta cheese and some parsley on the top.
  • Serves

    Serve with a slice of gluten free bread (optional).
