AYAM KECAP KOBAR

Chicken with chinese fusion.

Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

250 gr Chicken

¼ pcs Onion

1 pcs Garlic

1 tbs Oyster sauce

1 cm Ginger

¼ tsp Nut meg

¼ tsp Pepper

Salt

1 tsp Sugar

2 tbs Sweet soy sauce.

50 ml Water

Direction

  • Cut the chicken into slices and deep fry in coconut oil.
  • Put on a plate after it's cooked.
  • Slice the onion.
  • Chop the ginger and garlic.
  • Saute the onion, garlic and ginger.
  • Add the sliced chicken, nut meg, salt and peper, sweet soy sauce, sugar and water in a pan and cook for approx. 5 minutes.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Serves

    Serve the chicken with rice and put on the top of the sauce with chicken some cauliflower pieces or another vegetable.

    Chef's Tip

    Always use a coconut oil for cooking this dish.
