Ingredients

This Recipe Serves 1

150 gr Chicken breast - sliced

2 tbsp Flour

1 tbsp Margarine

50 ml Orange juice

1 tsp Parsley chopped

Rice (red or white)

3 Vegetable fritters

 

INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT SAUCE:

50 gr Carrot

50 gr Cabagge

30 gr Sajur ijo

½  tsp Garlic

70 gr Flour

50 ml Water

Salt & Pepper

Direction

  • Cover the sliced chicken in flour.
  • Melt the margarine in a pan and add the chicken, cooking it in both sides on slow fire until light golden.
  • Prepare the orange juice and add the parsley into it.
  • Pour the orange juice and chopped parsley over the chicken while still cooking, add salt and pepper (add a bit of sugar if oranges are too sour).
  • Keep cooking slowly until the sauce become creamy.
  •  

    DIRECTIONS FOR VEGETABLE FRITTERS:

  • Sliced all the vegetables.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until it becomes a paste.
  • Divide the paste in 3 parts and drop them into a very hot oil, fry until crispy.
  • Serves

    Put the creamy chicken  on the plate with 3 vegetable fritters, rice and a small side bowl with chopped chilli and soya sauce.
