Banana Pancakes

Pancakes that will sweeten up your day!

Ingredients

1 cup All-purpose flour

3 ½ tsp Baking powder

1 tbs White sugar

1 ¼ cup Milk

1 Egg

3 tbs Butter, melted

5 pcs Strawberries 

Banana

30 gr Sugar

20 gr Honey 

1 leaf Mint

Direction

  • In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth. 
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. 
  • Cut the banana in half, add sugar on top and torch it with fire.
  • Serves

    We serve the pancake aligned with strawberry and a mint on top, caramelized banana on the side and honey as a side dressing.
